Panwa Group of Companies, founded in the year 2000, is a Certified Public Auditing and Business Services company located in the center of Bangkok, Thailand. We are a full-service firm of Certified Public Accountants (auditors) and professional staff offering a wide range of services for foreign and local clients with major businesses of manufacturing and industrial firms in and out of the country such as Japan, USA, Malaysia, Singapore, etc.

The managing director, Mr. Tana Sipa, has more than 20 years of experience managing audit firms and dealing with Japanese clients. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with register no. 5741.

Currently, Panwa Group employs more than 20 staff. All auditing staff have an accounting degree from a university and regularly attend seminars and conferences by the government and private organizations, as well as in-house programs. In addition, auditing staff are required to sit in an internal examination.

At present, we are providing audit services to more than 180 companies, and accounting and taxation services for more than 80 companies all over Thailand. Many of these companies are owned by a foreigner, non-Thai partnerships, or is invested by a foreigner or a foreigner company.
